We had a very peaceful stay, the hotel was functional, clean, with marvellous location to train station which takes you into the centre of Cologne. The bar was nice.

Fairly clean property, pleasant staff. Remote location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Zu den heiligen Engeln. Walking distance to the Christmas market and a market across the street. The rooms with adequate bathroom, a WiFi connection plus functional furniture.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent, with reasonable prices for a spacious and clean room. The location just outside the crowded city center is convenient, and the staff provide friendly and helpful service. The breakfast included in the rates offers a good selection, including both hot and cold options.

All in all, everything was fine.

The hotel's location near the highway made it easy for me to stop over during my travel. I was impressed with the cleanliness both inside and outside the room. The breakfast buffet was a highlight offering a good selection including the chance to make your own waffles. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the train station made transportation a breeze.

The staff were courteous and efficient. The food were nice and reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet was well stocked, with a good variety of items available.

The wireless internet service is expensive; besides, the connection was slooow! The room would have looked more modern with a flat screen tv.

I requested a room facing a particular direction, they were excellent and met my request without any problem. Really hand for the S-Bahn for visits to central Koln and easy for the airport too.

The room was a nice size and immaculate with a WiFi connection and adequate bathroom plus functional furniture. Exceptionally nice location, Koln/Bonn airport was 10 km away. The hotel was a nice base for enjoying a good area.

The location was ideal for our romantic escape, as we were able to easily take a short walk to the train station and enjoyed a quick ride into the city center. The room was very clean and spacious, and we appreciated the strong water pressure in the shower. the staff was friendly and helpful with any questions we had.

While the room itself was clean and functional, we did notice some wear and tear on the furniture and decor, which took away from the overall aesthetic. we found the parking situation to be a bit challenging, as spaces were limited and often taken up by airport travelers.

Friendly, helpful staff and located nearby to the airport and my business. Fresh, clean feel to the hotel. apart from the disappointment below! The bunnies that hop around the green fields close-by and the birds that sing outside my window.

Unfortunately, the ventilation in the bathroom was faulty or poorly designed so I got "feedback" from other peoples' toilets. Most unpleasant. I put up with it for one night by running the shower to smother things but if I'd stayed longer, I would have moved rooms or even hotels if it were a common problem. Surprised that the cleaning staff didn't pick it up! Also, as in most German hotels that I've stayed in, there were no English movie or documentary channels to watch. Only boring financial news and one Eurosport channel. Really, we can't sit in the pub drinking that lovely Kolsch all night!

General convenience for me. It's near the office and staff are always helpful.

make sure to get standard double room with adequate bathroom, functional furniture, for instance. the price is just right - £ 50.
